【摘要】:ISO14978:2006specifiesthegeneralrequirements,termsanddefinitionsofcharacteristicsofsimpleGPSmeasuringequipment,e.g.micrometers,dialgauges,callipers,surfaceplates,heightgauges,gaugeblocks,butnotnecessarilyexcludingmorecomplicatedequipment.Itformsthebasisforstandardsdefininganddescribingthedesigncharacteristicsandmetrologicalcharacteristicsformeasuringequipment.ItalsogivesguidanceforthedevelopmentandcontentofstandardsforGPSmeasuringequipment.ISO14978:2006isintendedtoeasethecommunicationbetweenmanufacturer/supplierandcustomer/userandtomakethespecificationphaseofGPSmeasuringequipmentmoreaccurate.Itisalsointendedasatooltobeusedincompaniesintheprocessofdefiningandselectingrelevantcharacteristicsformeasuringequipmenttobeusedinthequalityassuranceofmeasuringprocesses,i.e.incalibrationandinworkpiecemeasurements.ISO14978:2006alsoincludestermswhicharefrequentlyusedinconnectionwiththecharacterizationofspecificmeasuringequipment.

【摘要】:ThispartofEN12020specifiestechnicalconditionsforinspectionanddeliveryofalloysENAW-6060andENAW-6063extrudedprecisionprofilesmanufacturedwithandwithoutathermalbarrier(seeFigures1and2).Itappliestoextrudedproductssuppliedwithoutfurthersurfacetreatment.PrecisionprofilescoveredinthisstandardaredistinguishedfromextrudedprofilesforgeneralapplicationscoveredinEN755-9bythefollowingcharacteristics:—theyaremainlyforarchitecturalapplications;—theymeetmorestringentrequirementsregardingthesurfaceconditionofvisiblesurfaces;—themaximumdiameterofthecircumscribingcircleCDis300mm;—theyaremadetoclosertolerancesondimensionsandform.Inthecaseofprofileswhich,duetothecomplexityoftheirdesign,aredifficulttomanufactureandspecify,specialagreementsbetweenpurchaserandmanufacturermayneedtobereached.NOTE1Thethermalbarriermaterialisnotcoveredbythisstandard.NOTE2Someoftheproductslistedinthepresentstandardcanbesubjecttopatentorpatentapplications,andtheirlistinghereindoesnotinanywayimplythegrantingofalicenseundersuchpatentright.CEN/TC132affirmsitisitspolicythatinthecasewhenapatenteerefusestograntlicensesonstandardizedstandardsproductsunderreasonableandnotdiscriminatoryconditionsthenthisproductshallberemovedfromthecorrespondingstandard.
